What will I do every day?
Your job will be to find individual and convenient solutions to meet the needs of companies and individuals in the fields of logistics, express delivery, printing and graphic design. You will not be bored! The sheer variety of areas of activity and tasks that you will deal with every day is ever-changing.
Your work will include the selection of the right combination of services to achieve the specific goals of your customers. Your task is to free your clients from activities that prevent them from focusing on what their company does best. This might mean the professional packaging and organisation of the delivery of items or the design and development of marketing materials and their manufacture.
These are all functions which you and your MBE centre can do faster, better and easier than your client. Every day, your customers will need to send something to the other side of the world or design, manufacture and send promotional materials. Armed with the tools you will have at your disposal, it’s your job to figure out a way to do it better than they can.
What will my clients be like?
Most of your clients will either be owners or key specialists of small and medium-sized businesses. Some may be individuals. The services that you will offer are ideal for any company. They allow owners to access effective processes for things like delivery and logistics, graphic design and printing without the need for their own team of specialists.
The more problems you solve for your customers, the more you will benefit them – and the more regularly they will use MBE services. Like everything MBE does, this is based on the fact that you build strong relationships with your customers.
